Media Accreditation for R+T Asia

Secure your media accreditation online before the event to receive your Media Pass, which grants access to the Media Lounge during show days.  Accreditation is strictly for journalistic coverage of R+T Asia.

Before the event, you will receive a confirmation with instructions on how to collect your Media Pass. Please note that on-site accreditation is not available, and each media team member must apply individually. Non-media guests accompanying media representatives must register as regular visitors online.

Accreditation Guidelines

As the exhibition organizer, we aim to provide easy access to information about our events and company by offering media accreditation for journalists. Accreditation is granted solely for the purpose of journalistic reporting.

Who Can Apply for Media Accreditation

Accreditation is available to the following individuals:

Journalists (Including Photojournalists)

Journalists from both China and abroad who can provide proof of journalistic employment relevant to the exhibition's themes, such as building materials, construction, window furnishings, sun shading systems, doors/gates, home automation, green building, technical textiles, and related industries. Acceptable proof includes:

By-line articles published within the past year.

A legal notice (no older than six months) listing them as editors, permanent editorial staff, or authors.

A written commission from a recognized media outlet specifically for covering the current exhibition.

Online and Student Journalists

For online media outlets:

Provide a link to a well-established publication in the relevant industry, showing consistent publication for at least three months. The most recent article must be related to the exhibition and no older than three months. Advance accreditation is required.

For student journalists:

Present a document (issued within the past year) confirming editorial work for a school magazine, or a valid ID from a recognized youth press organization.

Holders of a Valid Press Card

Press card holders from Chinese or foreign journalists' associations are eligible. However, holding a press card alone does not guarantee accreditation. The organizer may request additional proof of journalistic employment as outlined above.

How to Apply for Accreditation

Submit your credentials in English to Ms. Dominika Karwala at dominika.karwal(at)globusevents.com.

The organizer may request a valid passport in some cases.

Accreditation is not automatic and will be evaluated based on the submitted documents.

Important Notes for Accreditation

Accreditation is exclusively for journalists covering R+T Asia.

Media representatives must apply individually—there is no group accreditation.

On-site accreditation will not be available, so please apply online well in advance.

Non-media guests accompanying accredited media must register as regular visitors.

The organizer reserves the right to decline accreditation if the provided proof does not meet the guidelines.
